- 2026 Annual Commission Update 4 Hour Mandatory Class (4 hr) START TIME STRICTLY ENFORCED - This is the mandatory class each year that is required by the Colorado Real Estate Commission. Class covers new contracts and changes to the contract, compliance issues, property management issues, HOA issues, investigations and license discipline.

- Contractual Management of Inspection Resolutions (2 hr) - When resolving inspections what do we disclose to the lender? What is the best way to amend the contract? Does the lender see the Inspection Resolution? We take a case study and look at best practices for resolving inspection issues. This is a hands-on class giving the student good approaches for contract resolution, including dates and clauses that can help the Broker keep the transaction alive!!!!...Great class!!!
- Contract Issues That Can Put You In Jail (3 hr) - We take the contract and go through sections that are very problematic in our speedy market! Many of these issues, if handled improperly, can result in disciplinary actions from the Real Estate Commission, the Associations of Realtors, and the County Court. This class gives the student hands-on best practices to avoid these problems. Very engaging class.
- Contractual Management of Multiple Offers (2 hr) - We are in a market that is crazy with multiple offers. This is a great class for seasoned agents as well as newer brokers as we look at best practices in working with sellers and when working with Buyers. Huge problems arise with improper disclosure and can lead to disciplinary actions from the Real Estate Commission. Very relevant class for our times.
- Colorado Real Estate Commission Positions 101 (3 hr)
- Procuring Cause...Who Gets the Money? (3 hr) - This class focuses on the arbitration process with the local Boards and gives the student an understanding of what's involved in the arbitration process. We use current and past actual case studies and put the students in an arbitration mock panel exercise. The panel makes a decision as to who will get the commission based on the evidence.
- Ethics- NAR Compliant- (3hr) - This course is required by NAR every 2 years. If you are not compliant, NAR may suspend your Realtor membership. We have fun in this class because we go over real case studies and why people get into trouble with grievances, ethics or arbitration.
- Contracts Section by Section (3 hr) - Best practices are covered and how to work with Buyers and Sellers in each crontract and listing agreement. Uniform duties are covered, whether you are an agent or a transaction broker.
